This book was a great introduction to help me with a basic understanding of the different types of meditation and how to get started. My favorite chapter was the one breaking down all the different types of meditation. This helped give me an idea of which type of meditation would be right for me. If you are a beginner at meditation, then you will be thoroughly satisfied with this beginner's guide to meditation!

This is a great little introduction in the world of meditation. It explains the various types of meditation, so that you can choose which might be the best for you. It describes the right time, place, clothing and posture for your meditation. For me it was good to know, that it is not so difficult like I always thought. It describes 3 simple meditation techniques for beginners, which are easy to learn and to practise.
