The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients of the recipes can easily bought at the local market shop. What I like about slow cooker is its meant to do its own thing so you dont have to be a five star chef to create sumptuous and healthy meals.For vegetarians and vegans, it offers a great addition to your collection of vegetarian recipes. One of the drawbacks of the vegetarian diet is the lack of proteins. This book offers a variety of protein-filled recipes to deliver adequate amounts of proteins to the vegetarian diet. I appreciate the breakfast recipes, the easy to knock-up lunch recipes, the delicious dinnertime ones, the exciting new snacks, as well as the recipes for smoothies, sauces, dips, and condiments. Another thing worth noting about is that this book has taught some tips on how one can grow vegetables at home.

Vegetarian meals are always healthy and good for health. If we follow a proper vegetarian diet, then we can lose our excessive weight easily. I like vegetarian lifestyle and this book motive me also. My aunt suggested this book to me and I am glad to read this book.Vegetables are a great source of nutrition. By reading this book I have learned some healthy and delicious recipes. Vegetable are low in calories and it is oozing in rich fiber. By the help of this book I have learned breakfast recipes, salad recipes, lunch recopies, dinner recipes and many more. I downloaded this book because I wanted to know more about vegetarian recipes. After reading this book, I was convinced by the author to try this out. I know it won't be easy but I bet it will be very rewarding. I cannot wait to start a healthy diet and start living a healthy lifestyle. As I grow old, I just wanted to be more healthy and fit at the same time. These recipes will surely help me on my jourey as a vegetarian. I will also encourage my friends and family to join me and grab this book so they can get more vegetarian recipe ideas. Having this book is of huge help. You will no longer have to bother yourself thinking about what recipes to try again because you already have a bunch of recipes. You will just have to pick which to prepare.
