2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. More than a 5 star BANGER!!!!! By KIM LEBLANC This book was EVERYTHING!!!! I thought part one was fiyah, but this book just blew my mind. From beginning to end I was hooked. The characters are so well developed and the scenes are described so well that I get a vivid picture in my mind and it feels like I'm in a movie. It just flows like water. In my opinion this series is on the path to becoming a classic!!! Real talk!! It was filled with rawness, grittiness, twists and turns, shockers that will blow your mind. This author is definitely a certified BEAST with his pen. Just ridiculously talented. I am overly anxious for part 3 already. Hopefully I won't be waiting too long. I salute you with both hands Mr.Askari!!!!

Askari did it again..another 5 star banger you won't be able to put down By Amazon Customer After reading part one of this series I couldn't wait for part two because I knew it was going to be good but what it turned out to be is explosive!! Askari took this book to another level, beyond anything I could have imagined. As I read this book I literally felt that I was a part of it and for me that is a sign of excellent writing skills by any author.Following Sonny as he tries to live right by his family and keep his empire together you feel each and every betrayal he faces, you feel his pain and you know it's about to get real when you feel his anger. There were so many twists and surprises I couldn't stop reading..and when I read about Easy my heart stopped. I can't wait for part three just to see where the journey between Grip and Sonny takes them but I already know it's about to turn up!!Don't sleep on this author, Askari came out swinging with part one and he;s still going strong with part two.

By Dorothea Creamer Outstanding writing you have so much going on that at every turn there is murder, betrayal, and also mystery. When you think you know what's going to happen next the author completely give you the unexpected. There is so much going on that you hate to put the book down because you want to know what's going to happen next. This series will keep you on your toes because all the characters are so believable and the author have you feeling the emotions of all the things that each character is going through. I can't wait for Blood of a Boss III to be release I need part 3 ASAP. I recommend this book to anyone that like reading a truly gritty gangster series this is the series to choose you will not be disappointed.
