From the Author of Bestseller THE HANDYMAN CAN

Pro-college wrestler, Quintin Flynn has always been hard on himself. The demands of his sport require him to be lean and strong and avoid emotional involvement at all costs. When Eric transfers to FSU and joins the team, Quintin’s seemingly straight world goes haywire: How could he have feelings for another guy? Initially, Quin and Eric fend off their attraction to each other like they would competitors in a wrestling match. Tempers flare, muscles clash until a teammate brings them together for an unlikely rendezvous—three “straight” guys getting together to blow off steam. From there, Quin and Eric let their guards down.

By Grady Harp Dan Sexton has the writing gifts to write about any subject, but the fact that writes Men for Men stories and pulls them off with such unique power is a true kudo to his talent. Yes, he is able to write some of the most sensual sexual scenes better than most any author today, but the fact that he places his same sex encounters in an atmosphere of college young men coming to grips with their sexual identity and making that aspect of his story equally important to his steamy scenes is really quite remarkable.Dan's use of language is sophisticated, informed and creative. He tosses out on-liners with aplomb - such as `Life has a way of smacking reality across your face. ` In this novella we meet Quintin Lee Flynn (Quin), his college roommate Dylan (a superbly fine characterization that needs more stories in the future), and the half Pakistani Aalam Eric Palak (Eric) - the usual college novelties abound as does the dating girls with only minor success. Quin and Eric are on the wrestling team and despite the fact that at first meeting they seem to be at opposite poles, the physical contact during wrestling eventually wins them over to desire. In an entertaining scene where the three lads engage in mutual masturbation, ostensibly encouraged by discussion of a particularly sexy girl, Quin and Eric have their first moment of sensual contact while Dylan goes about his business. This leads to further episodes of contact in the gym and eventually to a passionate discovery of both Eric's and Quin's true sexual proclivity. The novella is too short, but long enough to explore a highly charged `coming of age' sexual relationship. Dan Sexton knows his way around his subject and carries it off with as much superb writing as with satisfying smoldering sensual energy. He is a very fine writer by anyone's standards. Quintin and Eric's story is sweet, and very hot at the same time. I enjoy my angry angst, deletion, murder and all other genres, but I true sweet and HOT love story wins hands down for me every time. I Quintin and Eric are two wrestlers who for some reason, do. It like each other very much. Quintin's hilarious roommate Dylan, who I hope gets his own story, gives him advice that maybe he has just hidden feelings for Eric. Dylan is tired of the two of them messing with the wrestling team and they all come together with Dylan leading the way.I so enjoyed the hate you now love you storyline. Eric and Dylan at first are afraid to admit their feelings, but soon they cannot stay away from each other. Such a sweet and smoking hot story. I'm looking forward to the follow up story. I hope it leads into a story for Dylan also!! Hint hint!
