By HARLEY After reading and thoroughly enjoying Righteous Thunder, I anxiously awaited the release of Cold Thunder, volume 2 in the series. I was surprised to find that it was not another bloody murder story but, rather, something a whole lot more timely, educational and infinitely engrossing. And what could be timelier than the immigration and illegal alien situation in this country. All I can say is , WOW! Aside from the page turning story and the author’s ability to paint the characters with a movie-like brush, I learned a lot about our government’s reasons for the relatively free pass allowed to illegals. Cold Thunder is a great read and I can’t wait for the next volume in the series, as well as anything else this author has to offer.

Gripping and Very Well Written By David O After book one, Righteous Thunder, FBI agent Tom Thunder continues his adventures in New York with with a new cast of characters and a few retained for continuity. The plot evolves from the investigation a explosion on a bus, just outside the co-op, Thunder has recently moved to from San Francisco. There are several parallel stories with intersecting paths along the way. I was never quite sure what to expect next. The characters are well developed and this book held my attention for about two weeks, as I read for about 20 minutes each night before going to sleep. In the end some of the bomb mystery is solved but not all. I cannot wait to start read book three!
