Review "It's not #Player its #Perfect!" - Musings of the Book-a-holic Fairies, inc.

From the Author Hey Nerds! #Player is the ending to Romeo and Rimmel's story!! It has NO cliffhanger and has an HEA (happily ever after). The next book in the hashtag series is Braeden's book titled #Selfie! Happy reading!

From the Inside Flap Excerpt from #Player! The azure shade of his eyes caressed me to my soul. I swear he looked at me like no one else ever could. It was like there was nothing else in existence except me. It was like he wasn't just looking at me, but in me, and I was the most precious thing he'd ever seen. I got caught up in that gaze. I got caught up in him. My chest felt like it caved in, but not in a disaster sort of way. Like it was sealing in everything he was saying even though no words ever left his tongue."How do you do it?" I whispered. My tongue felt thick against the roof of my mouth."Do what?" he asked. That look never once left his eyes. If anything, it swept me in tighter."How do you look at me like... like I'm everything?" He made a low sound in the deepest part of his throat. Sort of like a growl, sort of like an agreement. "Because you are." "Romeo." I sighed. "Rimmel," he replied. "Don't forget." I started to pull back from the moment, but his fingers tightened on my hip. I looked back up. "Don't forget this moment. Don't forget the absolute truth in the way you feel right now. I love you and I'm not going to stop." Emotion welled up in my throat and tears rushed to the backs of my eyes. His words were beautiful, but it was the reason he said them that had me so choked up. This wasn't the end.Beyond this moment, this quiet, whole moment with him, were many more. Many more that weren't going to be like this one.We were going to have to keep fighting to keep what was ours."I'm not going to stop either," I whispered.A smile stretched over his face and lit up his eyes. I leaned closer and sealed my vow with my lips. The rush of heat I always felt when we kissed tingled my toes and they curled into the blankets. I opened my mouth so his tongue could venture inside, and I sighed, so wanting to feel him. But the moment was cut short. The door opened and a man with graying hair, a white coat, and a file in his hand stepped in. "Mr. Anderson," he said, looking straight at Romeo. It was like he didn't even notice the intimate bubble Romeo and I occupied. "I have your X-ray results."The bubble burst abruptly and reality rushed back in. Romeo's dad came in the room, his face concerned as Valerie hovered just outside the doorway staring into the room like it was some forbidden fruit.I scrambled up to sit on the mattress, ignoring the protests of my sore body. Romeo did the same, moving a little more gingerly. In the space between us on the mattress, our fingers intertwined. "How bad is it?" Romeo asked. For once I heard fear in his tone.I glanced at him.He glanced at me.Our moment was over. The fight started now. Copyright owned Cambria Hebert

There's just something about it that calls out to me. I can definitely say that the author saved the best for last!I shall try to break it down without giving out big spoilers. . .The characters are more mature now.Rimmel had gone from being a nerd who hides efficiently behind her clothes and big glasses to being a proud girlfriend who tells everyone how awesome her guy is.*imaginary* Rimmel would like to borrow a line from Taylor Swift's song and turn it into Rim's song for Romeo--> 'cause you know I love this PLAYER... and he LOVES the GAME!!!Seriously, she's so supportive! The number one cheerleader! I also love it that in this book, our Rimmel didn't back down. She has a good, sturdy backbone now. It also helps that Romeo is always there for her. He's the reassuring soul all the way for Rim.Romeo on the other hand is everything you'll ever hope for a guy his age and then some more. He's something, I tell you that. When this series started, I thought he was just a jock. Oh man, if you can just see his transition from that jock to a guy who puts everything about him second to everything about Rim? You'd love him to pieces! I am so, so sure that you will love him here.I think I've already said this about their relationship, but I'd like to reiterate it... THIS IS A STRONG PAIR. Nothing, and I mean nothing can separate them. The best thing about them is that they kept being together no matter what happened and mind you.. there are so many things that could have ruined them! But no kiddos, this pair can stand the tests! They are adamant not to let other things spoil what they made for themselves. Especially Romeo. That guy. MYGAWD, he's always there to save the day, always there to make things better, always there to have an easy or not so easy way out. It's just plain perfect. I can't say anything bad. I just love it!If you ask me about the secondary characters... I would definitely describe them as... EFFECTIVE. I really got angry with Rim's dad, then I also go angry with that psycho Zach. On the other hand, I love, love, love Braeden. I can't wait for him to have his own book! If I already love him now and it's still not his book..... what more when I'm already holding his story in my hands? GOSH! I also love the other two girls because they're awesome girlfriends. Needless to say, I really want everyone to have their own books! *BATS EYELASHES TO THE AUTHOR* ^_______^O-kay. So that's about it. I love it. I love it. I love it.READ THE ENTIRE SERIES! YOU'LL FEEL GOOD. YOU'LL FEEL GREAT. YOU'LL FEEL AWESOME!

"I'll quit as soon as I get to a good stopping place By Danita, The Book Nuts ********** Spoilers Ahead if You Haven't Read #Hater **********Have you ever started a book and as you were reading thought "I'll quit as soon as I get to a good stopping place?" That was me with this book, and my stopping place was "The End" at 3:00 in the morning. Because #Player picks up right where #Hater left off, you are completely drawn in from the very first sentence.Romeo and Rimmel are in the ER after the attack by Zach, and are waiting to hear how bad Romeo's arm is broken, and if his football career is over. Unfortunately for these two, the fate of Romeo's football career could be the least of their worries. They still have so much to face: the case against Zach, Rimmel's academic status, and the possibility that her father had her mother killed. What I LOVED was that they stayed true to each other, and faced everything together, making their relationship stronger in the process. I completely adore them both.Romeo is just as swoon-worthy in this book as he was in the previous two. He is Rimmel's rock, and is there to support her through everything that they're facing. He loves her completely, and makes sure that she always knows this. And even with everything going on, he still finds ways to make Rimmel laugh, and to see that everything will be okay.Rimmel wants to be strong for Romeo, and be there for him to lean on, even when she is about to break herself. She tries to hide how badly everything has effected her from Romeo, but she forgets that he knows her better than she knows herself. She realizes that she needs to be strong and face everything head-on, and she knows that everything will work out with Romeo by her side. And Braden..............he's just as amazing as Romeo. I absolutely love him, and can't wait for his book. We know from reading #Nerd and #Hater that he cares a lot about Romeo and Rimmel, and we get to see just how much in this book. He is by far one of my favorite characters from this series.I wish I could go into more detail about everything that I loved about this book, but there's really no way to do that without giving anything away, so I'll just say this: #Player is an absolute must-read. I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough.

Perfect conclusion to an epic love story By Lisa S, The Reading Room #Player picks up right where #Hater left over, with Rimmel and Romeo recovering from Zach's violent attack and waiting to find out the impact on Romeo's football future. Its hard to say much more without giving away any spoilers but I will say that author Cambria Hebert Kicks things off with a ton of emotion and the story rockets to a stellar resolution. What I Loved: Once I jumped into #Player I could not stop reading until I reached the very last page. Then I found myself reading the story again the next day and again the day after that. Author Cambria Hebert has created something special with the Hashtag Series and her conclusion to Romeo and Rimmel's love story knocks it out of the park. There's drama, action, angst, humor, heat, and the promise of a brilliant future for her leads. Romeo and Rimmel have grown so much over three books, the conclusion was everything I could hope for them. What I Didn't Love: #Player is a five star read for me so there really isn't anything that I didn't love. The only thing that would have added to the story for me is a little more insight into the resolution of Rimmel's academic woes. But that's a small reader want, not a real storyline need.Favorite Quotes:"Don't forget this moment. Don't forget the absolute truth in the way you feel right now. I love you and I'm not going to stop.""I was her soft place to fall. I was her strength in that moment. I was her comfort.""His mouth was like a giant eraser to my chalkboard. Everything inside me was wiped blank, and all that remained was his mouth.""I don't think we'll ever be normal. But I guarantee we're going to be happy.""I don't know how I got so lucky, I don't know how I found a love so pure. But I was going to spend the rest of my life thanking God every day."The Hashtag Series has been such a joy for me as a reader and a blogger. I've consumed Romeo and Rimmel's story again and again and every time I jump back in I'm just as captivated and excited to read it as I was the very first read. #Player is a wonderful finale and I highly recommend it. #Player should not be read as a standalone and if you haven't already jumped into the Hashtag Series you will need to read #Nerd and #Hater first.Though Romeo and Rimmel's love story has been wrapped up in a neat little bow I'm happy to report #Player won't be the last time we see the pair. Both will be making an appearance in #Selfie, which will focus on Braeden, Romeo's best friend and Rimmel's self-appointed Big Brother for Life. I for one can't wait.Happy reading.
