At first I was a little leary in participating in a diet that involved anything green but once I had my eyes open to all the benefits that it could provide for my health I was hooked. This book gives you all of the reasons why it is important to detox your system and the green smoothie method is easy to do. Not only do the ingredients improve your digestive system, help you loose weight, and get rid of toxins, but they actually taste really good. It has a complete list for all the ingredients that you would need to have a different smoothie each and every day. I can't wait to get started!!

A new opening for me By Warner I appreciate the author’s efforts for taking the time to bother writing about what is exactly detox, though short, I could only then really understand what the whole fuss was about this detoxing. Like what are toxins outside of the body (gases, smoke etc) and toxins inside (bacteria, viruses etc.)From the beginning to the end, I was easily convinced why eating just greens for 10 could be useful. Because the author has clearly taken the time and effort to define the details of this process, for example –-symptoms of detoxing were given-preparing for this-benefits of green cleansing-tips for successThere are more explanations in this book, but less recipes for the 10 day green smoothie book. The other books included – become skinny, stop sugar addiction, whole food cleanse, gut health. They were a good additional bonus. But my focus was on the green smoothies. I like that there isn’t much work to do in making the smoothies.
