Tommy Rosa is a spiritual counselor who helps people conquer their fear of death. He is also the founder of the Unicorn Foundation in Stuart, Florida, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to educational endeavors and community outreach projects. He lives in Stuart, FL.
Stephen T. Sinatra, MD, FACC, is a cardiologist and psychotherapist with 40 years of clinical experience treating heart disease. He is the host of HeartMDInstitute.com. He lives in St. Petersburg, FL, and Manchester, CT.

Down-to-earth convergence of the scientific and the spiritual By Pamela I always have my eye out for authors who are interested in bringing together the scientific and the spiritual. If we assume (as I do) that there is reality to the existence of spiritual realms, beings, and principles, and that there is validity to the process of scientific inquiry, then it's obvious that the two must eventually meet. And this is in spite of the mistrust and downright animosity that partisans on both sides of this divide often show toward each other.This book is a very welcome step toward the integration of these two perspectives on "reality." It is not a lofty philosophical treatise, but rather a down-to-earth book that couples an engaging travelogue (about a trip to heaven!) with a very practical set of tips for improving readers' spiritual, emotional, and physical livesThe book is co-authored by a cardiologist/psychotherapist and a plumber from the Bronx. The cardiologist (Stephen Sinatra, MD) provides the scientific perspective, and the plumber (Tommy Rosa) the spiritual perspective that he received during a near-death experience (NDE) after being hit by a car.In Rosa's visit to "heaven" during his NDE, he received teachings from a haloed teacher he identifies as Jesus, and he recounts other encounters with Archangel Michael, Mother Mary, and guardian angels, all figures consistent with his Roman Catholic faith. Since Jesus told him that all faiths should be respected, however, he speculates that people of different faiths might encounter a teacher in the form of Moses, Muhammad, Krishna, or the Buddha during a NDE. In other words, while the teachings that he relates come from a specific divine source, they're ultimately presented as non-sectarian, good news for readers of other faith backgrounds.In addition to relating Rosa's fascinating experiences during and after the NDE, the book is organized around a number of "revelations" that he received in heaven, along with corresponding insights and health tips from Dr. Sinatra. Many of these are tied together by the notion that our health, happiness, and ability to serve others are dependent on our "vibration," and that this vibration can be lowered by such things as fear, selfishness, anger, diet, drugs and alcohol, and exposure to electromagnetic radiation.In the chapter on faithfulness, for example, Rosa recounts some of the challenging exercises his teacher put him through to demonstrate the importance of conquering fear, which has the effect of attracting to us precisely that which we are afraid of. In other chapters, Rosa's teacher and Sinatra concur on the beneficial effects of a wide range of factors, such as faith, self-love, connection with others, a diet that supports the mitochondria (!), and the importance of frequent "grounding" -- exposing yourself to the healing vibration of the Earth by such simple (but forgotten) practices as walking barefoot or in thin leather-soled shoes. Overall, as Sinatra puts it, "The key is to connect as fully as possible with who you are and what makes you happy."There's a lot in here. Rosa's personal story is amazing and inspiring, and the sections from Sinatra contain some very specific cardiologist-approved health tips. And for me, it was a joy to see the converging perspectives of these two authorities, one from the realm of the spiritual, and one from the realm of science.

To say this book is amazing would be an understatement By Amazon Customer RUN, DON'T WALK, TO THE NEAREST BOOK STORE TO GET THIS BOOK AND START READING!!!!!!, To say this book is amazing would be an understatement.. Tommy has literally spelled out, in black and white, so simply yet eloquently, the most powerful truths that he brought back from heaven. As I finished reading this book, and closed the cover, I could not stop crying. I wasn't crying because I was sad, I was crying from a sense of elation. Finally, there it was in writing, you can 'DO THIS RIGHT" and make the world a better place to live in. The next thing you'll want to do, as I did, is get a copy of the book for everyone you hold near and dear to your heart.PatHobe Sound, Fla

What an amazing journey Tommy Rosa experienced and came back to share. As I read about his journey I felt like I was experiencing it with him. Everyone should read this Amazing book and feel the Love that radiates from it. This is a perfect gift to share with all my friends. I Love this book and the Hope that radiates from it.
