By Gwenith Meditation for Beginners: The Complete Guide to Mindfulness, Happiness and Peace will help readers learn how to find peace, happiness, relive stress and combat depression by following some simple meditation techniques. Personally, this is just what I need now. I was amazed at all the perks of Meditation given in this book.I've been under stress lately and I need to have some more form of meditation in order to calm my nerves and my mind. Good thing that I came across this Meditation for Beginners book. I am now able to understand the direct and indirect benefits of meditation. I also get to learn more about Chakras and how they can be cleansed. This is an educational book that must be read properly.

By Roy Hurle Very easy read with a very positive perspective for people who believe they will fail. The author gives many hints and tons of encouragement to people who believe they will never reach a meditative state. She is not a meditation Nazi ordering you on a path to Nirvana, she is a guide on a method to regrow brain mass lost to the aging process. I've always wanted to learn how to still my mind & just be. The author does an excellent job of gently taking you by the h and and guiding you deeper within yourself

By Danielle Pangilinan Unlike the previous book I read, this book got the information you need when starting with meditation. The book started from the history, to its benefits, until to the techniques you should know about. Studying meditation is easier to say than done, but the book explained it well. The book goes through also the different types and is able to present comprehensive information about them without compromising the brevity of its information. The book is worth trying making it a good guide for beginners.
