About the Author "A bookworm with a passion for helping people!" Hi, I'm Emily MacLeod. I grew up in the suburbs near Vancouver BC. Growing up I was very shy, quiet, and kept to myself. My most favorite hobby was reading. I would often be sitting in the hallway during lunch hour reading a book by my locker while the other children were playing, socializing, and horsing around. I always felt more comfortable lost in a book. Over the years, my passion for reading and learning enabled me to acquire knowledge in health and wellness. Much of what I learned I applied to my own life and saw wonderful results. I also found that my knowledge often spilled over into other people's lives and helped them as well. By Scott Dudley I'd been wanting to try yoga for years but never got around to it. Finally I bit the bullet and bought this book, and I have to admit I am glad I did now. After reading through and understanding that regular yoga practice will remove my excess weight and alleviate my stress levels I'm now committed to give it a go. The author goes through a lot of helpful poses and each one has a picture so you can actually see what you're supposed to do. The book is short so therefore you can get through it quickly and start actually doing it. For a beginner there is everything you need to know to get started immediately and become healthier bit by bit.

The more you practice, the more you release newer version. But it will happen only then when you would be acquainted with the different yoga types so you can choose the right one works for you. You have to do it from the starting point. Here in this book, a complete information with different Yoga poses has been narrated that will help you get started with your Yoga practice. You must be able to find out the perfect Yoga for you as a beginner.

There is no fluff and the majority of this book teaches you how to use different poses for different purposes. Each pose includes an image of the pose and excellent instructions on how to perform it so you can do it properly and not injure yourself. On top of the poses, it gives you a great step-by-step process on exactly what you need to do to get started doing yoga. Definitely recommend!
