By Melissa Alec is well aware he lives in a weak pack, so it’s not too surprising when they are attacked and lose, badly. The survivors are sold to slavers, including Alec who’s an omega, the lowest wolf on the rung. Saved by Alpha Chris and his soldiers the rescued wolves are integrated into their new pack.Combining the new shifters into the pack is easy enough, getting them to contribute to their new home is becoming frustrating. Some are willing to work, the rest fall back into their bad habits. Raised to believe that an omega is arm candy and little more Alec doesn’t know how to do anything.In an effort to motivate the wolves Chris sends for doctors North and Michi, fox shifter brothers who are certified psychiatrists. Instant attraction is a silly ideal, yet the moment Michi is introduced to Alec he knows it’s unethical to treat the wolf, let alone sleep with him. He’s always lived in the shadow of his more proper brother, feeling less than North. Meeting Alec soothes Michi in ways he never expected. Finding purpose and falling in love is a tall order for the gentle omega but with Michi by his side anything is possible for both of them.A blossoming life and love is embraced. The Wayne County Wolves are back in Alec’s Moon, their thirteenth enjoyable tale. Alec and Michi are lonely, likeable shifters who never had a chance to reach their potential alone. Together they can. In Alec’s Moon the mates are given a charming set up to succeed.
